Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg

Every staff member I interacted with (two people at the front desk, the server at breakfast, a housekeeper) was friendly, upbeat, and efficient. This is a nice hotel in a convenient location, but the staff really took it to the next level. Another great feature was that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, even on the fourth floor. The fitness room was a nice amenity. The indoor pool and jacuzzi also looked nice, but they were always full of people, so I didn't use them.

Location great, surrounded by several eating places and gas. Clean, warm environment. Checkin lady was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was home cooked with plenty of options.

Quiet, even though I was near the elevator, ice maker, & highway. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was ideal next to highway and places to eat.

I want support to get Breakfast, I was told when I made my reservation. And when I checked in I was told that was denied.

Everything was great, location, customer service, and friendly staff.
